We’re always working to improve the website and add more features. Be sure to check back often for the latest updates!
Meeting notes are like the cliff notes of our gatherings. They provide a quick and easy way to understand:
- What was discussed: Key topics and important points covered.
- Decisions made: What the Board and residents agreed on.
- Next steps: Action items and who’s responsible for what.
Think of them as a handy guide to:
- Stay informed: Even if you couldn’t attend, you can still be in the loop.
- Refresh your memory: Easily recall key discussions and decisions.
- Track progress: See how things are moving forward for various projects.
We post meeting notes here on the website shortly after each meeting. This ensures everyone has access to the information they need, when they need it.
The Transition Team is a group of residents formed at the first HOA meeting. Their job is to gather information about important issues to the community that specifically pertain to the transition of the HOA from Rush Ellis to the community .
What does the team do?
The team listens to residents’ concerns and does research to understand them better. Their main goal is to identify problems people agree need attention before the HOA officially takes over from Rush Ellis.
Does the team make decisions for the HOA?
Nope! The Transition Team cannot make any official choices for the HOA. They’re there to gather information and report back to the community.
Why is the team important?
By understanding common concerns early on, the HOA can be better prepared to address them when it’s officially up and running. This helps smooth the transition and makes things easier for everyone!
